7 Day Experiment: Chicken & Spinach

I am following the diet laid out in "the last mile" chapter of The Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss.

For me this means eating only chicken drumsticks, frozen chopped spinach, and hard-boiled eggs.

Diet Structure

  1. Breakfast is 2-4 eggs with 4 ounces of spinach.

  2. All other meals are 4.5 oz of chicken drumstick meat with 4 oz of spinach (I can eat as much spinach as I want, but it is typically about 4 oz)

  3. Eat every 3 hours

  4. Eat within 1 hour of waking

  5. Eat within 1 hour of sleep

  6. 1 cheat meal every 7 days.

  7. Drink plenty of water

  8. Exercise daily

What is the goal?

To get down to a low enough fat percentage where I can see full abdominal definition. This is truly the last mile. I don't care about muscle loss, I just want to see the abs. As soon as we see the abs then the mission is accomplished and we shift gears towards gaining mass. This is about knowing that I can get to the low body fat.
